Terms of service

These terms apply to quote requests and orders placed with LKGAMEZONE ("we") through lkgamezone.com or by email.

1. Quote requests

Submitting a quote request does not create an order or any obligation for you or for us. We reply by email with a quotation or, if we cannot source the part, let you know.

2. Quotations

Each quotation states the part number, manufacturer, quantity, condition, date code where known, unit price, shipping, total, lead time and payment method. A quotation is valid for 7 days unless it says otherwise, because availability and market prices for electronic components change quickly.

3. Orders and payment

An order is placed when you accept a quotation and pay through the secure payment link we send (Shopify checkout or PayPal). Prices are in US dollars. We start sourcing after payment is received, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

4. Part condition and authenticity

We describe the condition and source type of every part in the quotation (for example, factory-sealed, original packaging, or open stock). We do not knowingly sell counterfeit parts. If you need specific traceability, test reports or certificates, tell us in your request; we will say in the quotation whether we can provide them. We do not provide anything not stated in the quotation.

5. Intended use

Parts are supplied for repair, prototyping and general commercial use. Unless agreed in writing, they are not supplied for use in medical, aerospace, automotive safety or other safety-critical applications.

6. Export compliance

You agree not to export, re-export or use the parts in violation of applicable US and other export control and sanctions laws.

7. Returns, refunds and shipping

8. Liability

Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, production downtime or the cost of rework, except where the law does not allow this limitation.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force when you accept a quotation applies to that order.
