Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States. For other destinations, please ask in your quote request and we will confirm whether we can ship there.

How we ship

Parts ship from our sourcing partners in China by international express (DHL, FedEx or UPS), with tracking. The carrier and shipping cost are stated in your quotation before you pay.

Lead time

Lead time depends on where the parts are sourced and is stated in your quotation. It has two parts:

  1. Sourcing and inspection: the time to obtain and check the parts. This is quoted per order.
  2. Transit: international express to the US usually takes 3–7 business days after dispatch.

We send the tracking number by email when your order ships.

Shipping cost, duties and taxes

  • Shipping cost is quoted per order and included in your quotation total.
  • Import duties, taxes and customs fees are not included in the quotation and are payable by the recipient. Your quotation shows the country of origin and, where possible, an estimate of duties so there are no surprises.
  • Parts are declared with their actual value and country of origin on customs documents. We do not under-declare shipments.

Packaging

ICs are shipped in anti-static packaging. Moisture-sensitive parts are shipped in their sealed moisture barrier bag when supplied that way.

Delays and lost packages

If tracking shows no movement for 5 business days, or the package does not arrive, contact us at sales@lkgamezone.com. We will open a claim with the carrier and, if the package is confirmed lost, resend the parts or refund the order.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address in the quotation. If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, we may need to charge the cost of reshipping.
